Last updated: September 2026
1st Priority Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on which of our services you use, we may collect:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
- Information you provide during enrollment, consultations, or assessments, including income range, existing debt, homeownership goals, and timeline
- Credit report information obtained with your authorization for the purpose of credit repair services or a soft mortgage-qualification inquiry
- Credit monitoring account information you provide so we can track dispute results
- Payment information, processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe) — we do not store full card numbers ourselves
- Communications you send us, including text messages, emails, and call records
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the services you've enrolled in — credit dispute processing, homebuyer readiness consultations, and related education
- To communicate with you about your program, including automated text and email updates about your progress
- To send you marketing or promotional messages, only if you have separately opted in to receive them
- To coordinate with mortgage lenders or referral partners you were referred by, or with your consent, for the purpose of your homeownership goals
- To process payments for services you've purchased
- To improve our services and comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion), as necessary to dispute inaccurate information on your credit file
- Credit monitoring service providers you enroll with, so we can track your results
- Mortgage lending partners, for the purpose of a soft credit inquiry or loan qualification discussion, only as part of services you've requested
- A lender or referral partner who referred you to us, limited to general progress updates, with your consent
- Service providers who help us operate our business, such as our CRM platform, payment processor, and outsourced dispute-processing team, bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law
4. Text Message (SMS) Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency may vary and message/data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. Non-marketing texts related to your active program (such as service updates) may continue as part of your program communications even if you opt out of marketing texts, unless you request otherwise.
5. Your Choices
- You may opt out of marketing communications at any time
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- You may request that we correct or delete your personal information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
