They do not replace or modify any specific service agreement you sign when enrolling in a paid program — where a specific service agreement applies (such as the Approval Accelerator Program Service Agreement or the Homebuyer Readiness Consultation Agreement), the terms of that specific agreement govern that service.
1st Priority Consulting provides credit education, credit repair services, and homebuyer readiness consulting. Specific services, pricing, and terms are described at the time of enrollment and in the applicable service agreement.
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our site or enrolling in a program, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome from our services, including but not limited to a specific credit score increase, removal of any specific item from your credit report, mortgage approval, or loan terms. Credit repair outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the accuracy of information furnished by creditors and the response of credit bureaus.
Fees for our services are described at the time of enrollment. Where a program fee is billed on a delayed basis (such as after a period of active service), that timing will be disclosed to you before you enroll. Payment processing is handled through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the fees described at enrollment according to the schedule presented to you.
Cancellation terms vary by service and are described in the applicable service agreement provided at enrollment. Generally, you may cancel certain services within a specified period without penalty, as described in that agreement.
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages from us related to your program, and, if separately opted in, marketing messages. Our services may involve or reference third-party providers, including credit monitoring services and mortgage lending partners. We are not responsible for the terms, practices, or performance of third-party services you choose to use, though we will disclose to you when a referral or data-sharing relationship exists.
All content on our website and in our educational materials, including but not limited to text, guides, videos, and course content, is the property of 1st Priority Consulting and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1st Priority Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
